Valentine’s Cocktail Recipe.
- 1 part Chocolate Rum
- 1 part Fresh crème
- 2-3 Raspberry
- 1 part Rose cava
- Stir in chocolate rum and fresh crème. Top it off with rose cava and garnish with fresh raspberries. Serve in a champagne flute.

- 1 oz Pink Guava Mix
- 1 oz Strawberry Mix
- Top with Piper-Brut Rose
- 1 Fresh Strawberry (Sliced into Four)
- 1 Fresh Strawberry (for Garnish)
- White Sugar (for Rim)

Rim glass with white sugar. Pour ingredients into glass using the building method. First place the four slices of strawberry into glass, then add 1 oz. strawberry mix, add 1 oz. pink guava. Ice is then added to the glass and topped off with Piper-Brut Rose Champagne. Glass is garnished with the sugar and one fresh strawberry which is sliced in the center and placed on the edge of the glass.

Fresh tomato and herb Pasta
The key to this tasty penne pasta is quality fresh ingredients. Taste
- 375 grams penne rigate
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 kg ripe tomatoes, chopped
- t teaspoon caster sugar
- 2 teaspoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh oregano leaves
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil leaves

Step 1-Cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, following packet directions until tender. Drain.
Step 2-Meanwhile, heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until onion has softened. Add tomato, sugar and vinegar. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in oregano and basil.
Step 3-Add pasta to tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine. Serve.
To freeze: Cool. Transfer to a large snap-lock bag or airtight container. Freeze. Thaw in fridge overnight. Place thawed pasta in a large heatproof bowl. Cover with boiling water. Stand for 2 minutes. Drain.
