A NON ALCOHOLIC mock-tail recipe. Perfect for celebrating your Irish heritage! It’s the perfect sherbet punch for a crowd! for kids or adults, it’s fun, festive, pretty, and delicious. The Cookie Rookie
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packages Kool-Aid lemon-lime powdered drink mix
- 1 (46 ounce) can pineapple juice, chilled
- 2 quarts cold water
- 2 (2 liter) bottles ginger ale, chilled
- Lime Sherbet for serving
- Add all ingredients (except the sherbet) in a large punch bowl (or split the recipe into two large pitchers). Stir to combine.
- You can add the sherbet directly to the punch bowl or to each individual glass when ready to serve.

Strawberry Champagne Popsicle’s.
These are so good and grab the attention of EVERYONE! Sequins in the South
- 1/3 cup Strawberry Wine
- 1/3 cup Pinot Grigio Champagne
- 1/2 cup Strawberry Simple Syrup
- 15 sweet strawberries, sliced
For Wine Glass
- 3 oz chilled Strawberry Wine
- 3 oz chilled champagne
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 Spring of fresh mint
- 1 Strawberry Slice
- Make a strawberry simple syrup by adding 2 cup of water and 2 cups of sugar in a sauce pot, bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Slice 8 – 10 strawberries and add them to the water and sugar mixture. Break apart the strawberries to release the juices.Boil mixture for a minute more then remove from heat and cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Allow strawberry simple syrup to steep for 12 – 15 minutes. Strain into a Mason jar type glass and refrigerate.
- In a large measuring cup or bowl add strawberry wine, champagne and simple syrup and stir.
- Pour strawberry wine mixture into the individual popsicle containers to the fill line. Snap on the stick and cap pieces.
- Place in a deep freeze or ice box for two (2) hours or longer.
- Fill a standard wine glass halfway with crushed ice, add several sliced strawberries, add two tablespoons of strawberry simple syrup. Add wine and a Strawberry & Champagne Popsicle.
- Garnish with a fresh spring of mint and a slice of strawberry.

Satisfy your sweet tooth this St. Patrick’s Day with these decked out cupcakes. They’re simple to make for that last minute party and with a few ingredients these rainbow topped cakes come together quicker than you’d imagine. The Preppy Hostess
- 1 box vanilla cake mix
- 2 cans vanilla frosting
- 24 -28 Rainbow Sour Airheads Candy
- Edible green glitter
- Green food dye
- Mix up cupcakes according to package instructions. Add green food dye. Spoon into cupcake molds and cook. Allow to cool.
- Take 1/2 of one of the containers of frosting and dye green. Set aside. Pipe white vanilla frosting on to cupcakes. Top with green frosting. Sprinkle with edible glitter. Stick rainbow candy into cupcake.
